Its the point when the shield recharges the most amount of HP/S which is around 30% I recall .. ? = )

Once your shields reach about 30% your at peak recharge once they go past......its time to warp out or die

Shields / Capacitor recharge faster the lower they get, up to a certain point. Their fastest point of recharge is around 30-33%, you go past that and your shield tank is effectively broken, provided its a passive tank, if its an active tank you can rep all day and not need to worry about peak recharge.

I love watching fights where one team seems to be afk for the start of the fight, does 0 damage till they have lost a ship or 2 and there logs are afk the entire fucking fight. well done R.E.P.O.....
