It´s amazing. I have to say that when the first movie of "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy was released, I immediately said to myself that this song would fit perfectly as a soundtrack to this movie. The movie is about friendship, companionship and freedom. And so is the song. Love the song and the trilogy. That´s why I say that you´ve done a great job here.

I think a few comments here were def too mean. I like the slightly different feel you gave the song, even on the solo. The slow part of it really fits the mood of the song and the guitar has a really nice sound. That said, the last part of the solo, where it gets more powerful lacked a bit of expressiveness, it was flat, and the singing while good, could also be better. I see you better on faster tracks. You lack some softness when beginning the notes and the tone's kinda flat. Still, thumb's up

True. The singing is weak. Gotta work on losing that accent (like Marie Fredriksson from Roxette); it clashes badly with the melody. Also work a bit on melisma -- easing into notes, putting some more personality into the vocal. Too much bass in the mix, not enough guitars and vocals.

Melisma is singing multiple notes per syllable. When you sing every syllable with one note, it becomes very flat singing, like Green Day and most emo bands. It's all about phrasing.
