Io sugnu chiddu chi parava u' mericanu ca a Signora Bernedette e l'autri 'ri San Diego,USA cuntrastivvu a Murriale ,e chi ni pigghiamu u' caffe e i' viscotta i San Martinu! Beautiful mother what a beautiful feast! I'm the guy who spoke English that Mrs. Bernadette and the others from San Diego met in Monreale and had coffee and Saint Martins biscuits with.Keep up the good work on the Feast. Ciao 'ra Sicilia.

We just couldn't believe the fact that we met you in that cafe in Monreale and when we told you we were from San Diego, you mentioned you had just read they had an annual Sicilian Festival. And here we were....the directors of the Festival! Wish we could have taken you up on your kind offer to tour Palermo...we just ran out of time with all the obligations to the famiglia. Hope to see you in San Diego someday!
