When I was younger, I remember that alcohol was much more difficult for me to obtain than weed because with alcohol you either needed a willing 21 y.o. or a fake ID. While for weed , all I had to do was text someone and meet them no questions asked. I believe that since alcohol was difficult for me to obtain as a child due to the restrictions why would this not be proportionately effective in keeping it out of childrens' hands.
