I found to elimate the gap on changing the colors, if when you have the two strings together in a knot to cast on, if you put one of the loops on last peg and the other loop on the 1st peg then wrap around your row, you will have three loops to yarn over on the last peg and 1st peg, but it eliminates the gap, not sure hot to go about it with one string though unless you put it on the last peg and do a normal row and have 3 to yarn over on that last peg? gaps kind of bug me.
