Come to Athens for a live concert in Panathinaiko Stadium and bring the 4 best violinsts in the world.... yeap Samvel Yervinyan, Karen Briggs, Ann Marie and Shardad Rohani... make them do a double duet of your masterpieces (and Peudro of course) like did in Athens, China, India and elswhere else and.... the best concert of past present and future of modern times will be a reality...

No doubt, my biggest influence. Sadly, i never learned how to read music. I hope to be as amazing as you are one day. But i know it won't happen if i don't make an effort and push myself into learning music and stop just using my ears. Anyways, keep doing your great work, there's a lot of people out there wanting to be as great as you. You already said in one of your videos, "I'm just another human being like everyone" but trust me, you're more than that for thousands and thousands of people.
I remember when I was 5 years old I went to a concert of his. It was one of the most magical nights of my life. People would normally think a 5 year old would move around a lot or make noise, but I was still the whole time. The music captivated me to the point where I wanted to be just like Yanni. It inspired me to buy a piano of my own and play beautiful music. I'll never forget it.
I thank the person which uploaded this video, yanni it's an excellent musician, I love all his music since i heard about him i don't get bored to listen at those song it's like soulfood thanks!!!
This song is just magical beyond belief and Yanni chose such a perfect title for this perfect composition.
I hope the author of this video doesn't mind me saying this, but I got inspired to create a piano cover of this beautiful piece of music. Please check out my channel if you want to hear how this purely sounds on a grand piano :)
i really did love what you wrote and comment about yanni music ..........you have a very good taste.........that's why i wrote to you ............pllz if you know a good composer like this one ...........send it to me and i will be very apperciated .....thx
I just couldn't say which version of the song is the best: this at the Acropolis for the majestic orchestral background, or the LIve! Concert Event...I think I'd go for the latter, because of the marvelous violin solo of Samvel Yervinyan...but both are just incredibly beautiful pieces of the most exquisite music...period.
I love all types of music from metallica to pink floyd but nothing moves me like Yanni's songs. I'll gladly put up with teasing from friends and continue to be a fan, incredible music.
What does he say right after the title? Before he starts to play? I never understand that one short sentence neither on CD nor here. Can somebody tell me please?
Yes, he is right. Sometimes we do get caught up in our problems/troubles and let life slip away...I thank you for posting this most beautiful song. Nothing like it...amazing. :)
Efxaristoume yanni! This is perhaps the greatest song ever written and performed, it brings me joy every time I hear it. His description for the song is perfect, take everything we can from life. I will Yanni. Bravo sou.

Yanni is fantastic:
How can anyone learn piano by "ear", and sometime later create something like this.

I think he says the title of the song "Until The Last Moment" in Greek...
mosheste 3 years ago 4
Yeah, that would fit. Thanks. I just seeked for a translation and found this:
Μέχρι την τελευταία στιγμή
The beginning would fit his words all fine, so I think you 're right. Thanks a lot. I never imagined that the answer would be so easy :-P
