this is the best game, although the makers did 1 mistake that ruined everything in Rohan...the servers are not connected to each other, that means if your friend joins a different server than you, you will not meet each other and there is atleast 8 servers..perhaps in that server you're playing in and leveling up has not many players in it, and pretty much you are just playing all by yourself..only 50 players in the same server as you are. I cant believe that the makers of Rohan can be so stupid

Rohan Online is one the games i tried that has excellent gameplay when it comes to PvP. The level grinding sucks just like all MMOs (except some) but it is to be expected. So dont criticize if you havent even tried playing it for some time..

This game is amazing, thus there is 6 servers or more. When you have chosen a server you wish to play on and made an account, you cannot use that same account in another server, incase you want to meet your friends in different server, you will have to make a new account. I like the maps, even if you look at the map, you think it's not large, yet when you wish to walk to a specific location, it's very far. This game is great I swear

Rohan is extremely boring... You autoattack and spam abilities, levelling takes hours to days even when you are p2p, forging enchanting delevelling... real pissoff. First character in a server means you can't make money until level 3X to 4X and you die too easily... Hard to find a party to grind for hours. And even if you successfully get to a high level, all u get is to pvp and pk other people by normal attacking and spamming skills. I quitted after getting lvl 32.

This game has great graphics (for a free game) and a good choice of races (that are also classes) with pretty simple crafting systems (which is rare in free to play games). Still it's pretty much only grinding. There are quests, but all you'll do is kill monsters with the same attacks. Still, it's worth a try: the game probably improved since I tried it.

Of course, WoW is not an excellent game. Maybe in 2003-5, but not anymore. But the generic asian rpgs today fall short in their attempts to make a good MMO, as their primary tactic is presenting no original ideas whatsoever, and extend the amount of time needed to reach the top of the ladder by making it a total grindfest.

I am currently waiting for the next generation of MMOs arrive, as they show great promise.
