Good video, mashaaAllah.. But to be honest.. I really do not understand why people put a nasheed in the background, while a lecture is being played.. If one wanted to really put the nasheed, it would have been somewhat "ok" if it was played for a bit, BUT NOT THE ENTIRE VIDEO!!!.. It gets really annoying, because we are trying to focus on what the Shaykh is trying to say, word for word, but then, there is this DISTRACTION of the nasheed. May Allah reward the poster for his/her efforts!

The first time i heard about khalid yasin was on US news. I remeber the title writen in big bold letures "the cleric preching Extremisim". Curious i went and watched some of his lecture's.suddenly i found my self overwhelmed with tears.I am arabic and used to listening to islamic lectures in arabic, but Khalid he is something else!. he is one of the few people i can listen to talk for hours non stop.

You know, this lecture is so true. I was always a 'non practicing Muslim' until recently. I call it my personally 'age of jahiliyyah' (ignorance) haha. I don't think that their fatwas contradicts Sunnah, it's just because some not true scholars from these madhabs fanatically following madhabs.For example when it comes in doing something like eating camel's meat, according to hadith Al Bukhari after eating you must make wudu, but some of them because of their fanatism don't make wudu.

A person is not ghariib when she was before a non muslim and than she convert to islam because of some ayas she read in the quran, she is not only a ghariib because she tries no parfum or lipstick or she cover her face. A person in not only a ghariib because he try muslim clothes and long beard. The main to be a gharrib or to be ghurabaa is to understand "la ilaha illa ALLAH" and to entrust for that and to impracticable. And when you impracticable the iman.
The ahadith whos talking about, is not this what he mean. This hadith is for the people who live 100% with the Tauhid-u-ALLAH swt. And not only for the praying people or the muslims who cover their faces ect. This Dawa Video is good, but he didnt talk about tauhid. At this i know, he didnt understand this ahadith.

when i became a stranger, i lost friends, i was looked down upon, i was called names like "terrorist", "al-qaeda", "nun", i was stared at, and made fun of. alhamdulillah, going thru tough times, contrary to what those people think, only make me strong in the deen. alhamdulillah, it's been 1 year since i reverted to Islam from catholicism, and i am stronger than ever. i and looking forward to Ramadan this year insha'Allah now that i know what i going on. <3

The first time i heard about khalid yasin was on US news. I remeber the title writen in big bold letures "the cleric preching Extremisim". Curious i went and watched some of his lecture's.suddenly i found my self overwhelmed with tears.I am arabic and used to listening to islamic lectures in arabic, but Khalid he is something else!. he is one of the few people i can listen to talk for hours non stop.
This is the 1 of the most inteligent,beautiful people i have ever heard in my life!

You know, this lecture is so true. I was always a 'non practicing Muslim' until recently. I call it my personally 'age of jahiliyyah' (ignorance) haha. I had a girlfriend I loved and thought I'd marry and friends who I thought would be with me forever. As I turned religious everyone around me started to dislike me, at first it didn't make sense but, later on it did, as Islam tells us Kuffar will never be happy with us until we commit kuffar aswell. I am so proud to be a stranger!

@airpickone Bro I have almost the same story, I became real muslim at the begining of this summer 2010, before I studied Islam, then Alhamdulillah I became stranger, as you.I perform my prayers hiding, because of my parents(they are muslims but not practice it), at first they allowed me to pray, then after my grandma's attack , they didn't give me permission to do that, but Alhamdulillah my prayers come first!Here in my country Kazakhstan most muslims are in trouble, because of gov,parents,etc.

I don't think that their fatwas contradicts Sunnah, it's just because some not true scholars from these madhabs fanatically following madhabs.For example when it comes in doing something like eating camel's meat, according to hadith Al Bukhari after eating you must make wudu, but some of them because of their fanatism don't make wudu.
Don't think that madhabs are not true, it's just matter of some misunderstoods, who don't know fiqh well that cause such fitna.

@AmraUlAlmanyy Subhanaallah,perhaps he understands the hadith better than you.Tauhid is talked about throughout the video for example when the muslim sister starts to change her ways after reading the reminders she read.It may have been in an indirect manner some wuld say but the benefits of this talk calls people to Allah and his messeger s.a.w...so if u hav negatives about it maybe u shuld keep it to yourself lest you turn people away from its reminder.My aim is not to debate with u my brother

Assalamu Alaikum, this is a beautiful video. I have watched this so many times, and it gets better each and every day because it tells the truth about Islam. Islam came with a strange message about worshiping ALLAHSWT alone, and to submit to His will. Its very beautiful to see that being a stranger is more than just being differnet, but means following the way of the ProphetSAW in his way of life, or his Sunnah.
