Andrew is an inspiration to all! Ever since the SoCo days, when his song writing showed a maturity beyond his (and the rest of the bands) years, to the Jack's Mannequin era, Andrew as a musician has always had that one trait that separates the good from bad, the ability to pour his heart and soul into a song...even when doing a cover like here, the emotion he "covers" it with do a great song justice. Thank you Andrew, for all the amazing music you've given me since late 90s. Love you bro.x

I love the way that MGMT sang the song because it sounds really cool and all. But this version you can hear the lyrics a lot better and the way it is acoustic just really brings out the soul of the song. Jack's Mannequin and Andrew McMahon tend to bring out the soul of the songs though.

MGMT makes the best song nowadays. In my opinion no other bands make such songs as MGMT. But what makes the songs great is that Andrew VanWyngarden from MGMT has a very special voice and there sound is very special and not very similar to other bands in these days.
