I thought the legend was that the older the mushroom, the more powerful it was. Maybe the growers just tell that story to sell the old mushrooms. I saw another video that said they were the most powerful as babies. This one shows adults grown on a log. I guess there is no regulation so they can all say what they want. I like the idea that the very old ones have the most powerful. It makes me look harder for a mushroom.
