This video is so sweet, my family got a tour of their shop cause my brother was on the team and the shop was cool!! This video just shows how much fun and also the work that has been done on these cars, and no it doesn't even compare to a "Sears" lawn mower it's so much more developed and better!!

They are a lot more fun than you think. And this is an collegiate engineering challenge, the engine is one of the limitations. So shut the hell up.

Voodoo, as a MTU Mech Eng alumnus, I know what the competition is about. I'm just saying that I don't see these things doing anything a 25 year old Sears lawn mower couldn't do...

As Chief Designer of this year's vehicle, there is a lot more to these cars. Each car has anywhere from 1000-3000 design hours and can take as much as a year to build. And as one of the leaders in charge of the Winter Baja race this year, I invite you to come and take a look. Although, I highly doubt your "Sears lawn mower" could do these things.
