    Personally I would not use this mat after looking at your website. It looks cheap there are a lot of qualities you need when looking for a yoga mat. A few pictures on them is not high on my list.

  • @oOEmanOo Sure yoga certainly can burn fat and build strength. Its like with running you can burn fat , but if you have not first learned to walk you will not be able to burn fat by running. The same goes with yoga . You need to have some fundamentals before you can use it to its full potential. What you eat is a key factor in this area.

  • @oOEmanOo Of course if you can't walk, then you can't run . If you don't have the fundamentals of yoga you do not have a platform to move further with it. Its a big subject, diet ( what you eat) is the main one you have to think about.     but yoga after workout is supposed to be really good, it lengthens your muslces instead of them building up to be bulky and chunky.

  • Thanks for the reply. It's all good. I still stand by my point, as sick and disturbed as I may be? LOL not that's what your reply was intending. I'll be giving it a go at least to incorporate in a long list of other methods I need to focus on. I work in an office all day without sunlight and have started juicing to improve upon that sickness. A little more sun and some basic Yoga is something I need. I like the breathing and feeling of blood moving. I'll subscribe ;)

  • Very good presentation, although I think it would benefit to have a mixture of body types and ages. I'm not talking about an overweight elderly gentleman on his death bed or the Brady Bunch family, but I would not say this is aimed for those that need it or that if it was intended so, it will only take off with the gym junkies-fads-diets-young ans so forth. Very well done all the same & I wish you success

  • @GreenTDave Hey thank you for the complements. This is aimed at anyone whom wants to lead a better healthier life. I think that people need to know that among the many things that yoga is, is that it does help you keep in shape mentally as well as physically. As you can see.  I think that it can be inspirational to have people that are in shape. ( which should be normal, we were not meant to be a sick species) for those that want to do something that actually works on many levels. Namaste

I have started learning yoga very recently from a yoga teacher and i don't remember all the postures that i learnt, and these videos are very good to practice yoga at home.   • I would love to see a video for those of us senior citizens who have had hip replacement and aren't allowed certain movements. I'd loved my hatha yoga but can't do most of the positions I used to do.

  • It would be very good if we got to stop the five senses and the mind, because the reason rests like this in silence, beginning like this the supreme road. It is worthwhile to pursue this I objectify, because we became like this mentally better and physically. Great work! Thank you for sharing.

  • Leon, This is the direction that yoga takes us . Its about being ok with where we are . As where we are is the only place that is ever relevant in our lives. Thinking that we have to Dress like X or have a body like Y to be happy is an illusion. Is not helpful for anyone . It's just social conditioning that is not real and yoga can help us drop that and be happy with what we can be thankful for and what is right . As long as you have your personal health everything else is state of mind.

  • Jbanza doing yoga CORRECTLY on a regular basis would certainly help improve your posture! I have been doing yoga for well over a decade now and most sessions are different . When start out structure is good . But once you are more experienced you can structure your Yoga to what you need the most .

  • Can yoga help aging ? Ask B.K.S. Iyengar he has been practicing and teaching yoga for more than 75 years. Have a look in the more info in the description. There are links to his videos practicing Yoga in 1938 - Yoga in 1991 at 70. Then there is an interview 70 years later. 2008.

    I have inherited bad back and knee problems and i would like to prevent it as much as possible by exercising those areas and staying at a good weight.
