I'm sorry but all I heard was road noise and a siren. Pretty quiet neighborhood compared to where I live. Trains, Semi trucks, junker cars and my least favorite Harleys. I'm not trying to say you don't have a noise problem but I couldn't hear it.
My recorder doesn't record noise that well. I know, life could be much worse, but that noise is annoying. Listen carefully, it pulsates like 5 times per second and sound like an insect.

I have to agree, if thats the the worst noise you hear around there, you are fortunate . It could be much worse .
