If the zombies ever actually attacked, several layers of clothing and a clear face shield would be necessary for any sort of close up work. Otherwise blood/bio splatter could get in one's face and mouth.

I need to get a face shield badly.

I also don't understand why he ran from the 2 zombies. They were shufflers. Why not grab a 15 food branch and smash their heads from a distance? Big rocks would work too.

the thing that really makes me wonder about the possibility of a zombie apocalypse is that there are actually entire websites now dedicated to surviving the supposedly fictional event. i ask this as a serious question(and please don't laugh)...is it possible for humans to resurrect as flesh eating creatures? maybe some disease...?

Long answer: yeah theres a scientific diseases that could mutate, including mad cow disease, but for the people who mainly contracted that ate themselves instead and were shaking all the time and having violent undirected rages. There is a fungus known to take over an ants mind, move to another area to spread the fungus before lights out. Theres one that cats produce and infect mice with, but just look up "scientific zombie apocolypse" on youtube,

The footage in the beginning was excellent choice. This is how a survivor story should be. Good editing and interesting effects. Dunno why you complain about the sound, it sounds good all the time,. Only really good eyes hear a change in loudness from time to time.
