The problem is more that there are parents letting young kids play these games. I've played all of the GTA games, but I don't play them much when my kids are in the room. That said, they also know the difference between a game and real life.

There are two islands where there are enterable hospitals. This one looks like the Schottler Medical Center in Broker. There is another hospital in Alderney where you can enter, I think it's call Westdyke Memorial Hospital.
