derek is the one who gets shot he goes into surgery under Teddys, Averys and Owens knives the surgery is going ok but christina storms in distracting owen who follows her out of the OR and things get a little complicated inside as well as outside when christina confronts him again asking who is the one he is in love with her or teddy

this is what i've heard not 100% sure thou but for what is worth i really dont think theyll kill derek off
