what is the best computer to play this game without lag and play at the max or high setting plz tell me cuz i want to know

no computer can, even with a 3.0ghz quad core, xfx hd 4870, 4gb ram, this game still lags as the programmers sucked at optimising it, bad programming.

@sadowwww1 Rough guidelines: fastest CPU you can get, a Core i3 should be good. Fastest non-SLI NVidia graphic card you can get fillrate wise. Shader performance is of secondary importance, SLI won't be utilized. A 9800GT/GTS250 or so should be fine - you should be fully limited by CPU and RAM on that already. Windows 7 64-bit, 4GB RAM or more. Alternatively, Windows Vista 64-bit and 6GB RAM or more.
