I heard you had some question about the repel not working while sailing the waters.

I think the repel's effect depends on the lowest pokemons speed in your party. So if you only got high speed pokemon you have less chance to see pokemon =)

its not the speed its the level of your first pokemon in your party say you have a level 45 syther and you have a repel if the wild pokemons level is higher the repel wont work and the wild pokemon will attack
