  • I also would be concerned about the amount of ice and it's effect on my spleen especially with all that oil and ghee going in. Could be a very damp recipe

  • that looks so yummy!

  • I wish there was an Tonic Bar near where I live. I would get a drink like this everyday.

  • That's a lot of ice... Hard on the spleen damaging its transformative ability of the essence of the food after the stomach ripened and rottted the food.. Which then goes to the lung along with the Ying nutritive QI beign fused and then red blood is formed. But the spleen was the initial creator, the latter heavenly root doing all without doing anything. Following the Daoist concept of Wu Wei (action through non action).

  • This is amazing ice cream. The maca and tocotrienols used in this video are my favorite brand!!!! They are from Essential Living Foods. 'Tocs' (as I call them) is a "key" ingredient for making smoothies or ice cream - makes them smooth and creamy.

  • Thanks!!

He is actually saying tocos which is short for tocotrienols or vitamin E. These are powdered and are offered by several companies. I use one from transitionnutrition . Hoped that helped.
