You know that road you follow in Mission 6 where you are escorting the stage coach to Empire City from Dodge? From Dodge City follow that road and when you come to a cabin on the right and a river nearby you'll be in River Canyon.

I'm pretty sure that's River Canyon or it might be that place with Clay's hideout.
