  • @tiuric77 There are movements that isolate All portions of the forearm. Here are a couple that will aid in grip strength

    1. barbell wrist curls

    2. reverse barbell wrist curls/extensions

  • Yeah, he is. He's one of the really nice guys in pro BBing. I met him at a show and he talked to me and my friend for about 30 minutes about training. He's very tall for a bb, and I've always liked reading his stuff about training because you have to do some things different if you're over 6' when you train. Great guy.
