Late comment however I agree completely and also a lot of the time these companies who are paying independant researchers and stuff make sure that it's worded tricky so they can't be held liable for it. For instance saying something is "not bad for you" allows the company to say, if that's proven wrong, "well in small doses it's not harmful". Or, "Well, we never said it was good for you".

There are very few cases in which the idea would even work, as there are rarely multiple drugs to treat a specific illness. Lastly, I know personally several doctors who do research sponsored by a company, and find out their product is junk. Look up the ASPIRE trial for an example.

I worked for coke as a sales rep. Aspartame tastes very bitter if exposed to heat and has a short shelf life. We used to build huge displays outside during the summer and ruined allot of diet drinks. When they realized it was costing them money they moved the diet displays inside. The shelf life on sugar drinks is predated 1 year where diet is only 6 months. After around 7-8 months Diet Coke becomes real bitter.

Furious, that happens all the time in the US. I really don't like going to the doctor anymore. When I go I like going to the old timer doctors because the young ones are terrible. How much money, cars and cash does one person need?!? Greed starts with the government. Taxes need to be lowered significantly. Pricing on our basic needs such as food, shelter and clothing are ridiculous. I also believe everyone should be entitled to a free quality education if you ask me.
