You are right, Joe is funny, i saw him on big brother (Germany) he was so cool. Him & MJ are very much alike in a good way. They should have included Joe so that the public can see a different side of him, the soft, fun, flirt Joe. By the way, unless their new album is going to be released by Motown it's going to be a Jacksons album not a Jackson 5 album since Motown actually owns the rights to the name Jackson 5. That's why they had to change the band's name to The Jacksons when they left Motown in 1975. The new album should have Michael on it too because I remember an interview with Tito where he said Michael had actually recorded some stuff for their album before he died.

Yeah, they say Jackson 5 a lot when talking about the band but legally they can't actually release an album as The Jackson 5 unless they release it through Motown. That's why all their albums since 1975 have been released as The Jacksons. (Except for albums featuring material previously recorded at Motown like the recently released I Want You Back: Unreleased Masters album.) And Randy has been part of the band since they left Motown, he wrote Shake Your Body Down To The Ground!
