Aren't there other Metal Header videos? If there aren't any quality ones, I guess I could record one. But for now, I'm kind of short on time (as seen from my late reply).
There are already some other videos I've been meaning to record & upload but haven't gotten around to (mostly Japanese version & Gitaroo Man Wan stuff)...

I've never been able to find any Gitaroo Man Lives! vids even 1/10th the quality of yours.
Don't worry about it if you can't, but it would be nice to see a decent quality Metal Header if you can spare the time~
