I'm not sure what to make of haggis, personally. We don't see this dish very often in the U.S. It does look a bit like a rather large, meaty sausage, but I don't know what to make of the texture or taste since I've never had it. Can anyone describe the taste and texture of haggis, and is it worth trying?
I'm a bit leery though, seeing as these guys were eating haggis as a contest, not as a treat, not sure what to make of that. :O
