  • I have 3 herniated discs in my neck and spasms all over my back that i got from a wreck. the pain I endure is freakin heavy as hell. sometimes i feel so bad I almost start crying and shit. just watching this makes me feel better. i can bearly bear my pain :S... oh and im stoned lol

  • I had brain surgery on the back part of the skull, It has been a year now and I have recovered fully, my tumour was benign and is not going to come back.

But I have developed a clicking in t he neck when walking now, i dont really think it's connected to the surgery though. Any Ideas?

  • @fr13nd1y You might have your therapist check for fascial restrictions from incision that may be restricting movement of vertebrae, this would cause a clicking. Can't say from online, though, just a suggestion. =)

  • sweet tunes. cool massage too !!

  • I hope that surgery went well for Mrs.T .With all the nerves there, that area looks hellish to have surgery on.

  • @SEAWEEDRAVEN Yes, she recovered nicely...even the docs were surprised at how quickly the tissue healed.

  • Love the music. So Woody Allen.

  • @nickystartup Liz Story plaing "thoughts of you"

  • what a fabulous massage! Lucky girl...

  • @kathy197778 =D Yes she is, I love her so.

  • [first] song title?

  • @Jiaxis "The Very Thought of You" played by Liz Story.

  • @MassageSolutionsLV Thank you, very much.

  • nice little plug for that energy drink on the table knowmsayin

  • @YouKnowThatYouDont We got a laugh over it.....her hubby was into the "Amway" stuff.

  • Looks soothing...makes me feel like im getting a massage~ :3

  • I bet that feels good.

  • This ought to be worth a header for the masseuse.

  • Scheurmann's kyphosis w/a close to 90 degree angle

  • @AbeBSea Casino Dealing will do the forward head posture. Common malady in Vegas.

  • My entire middle back is fused, and wish I could get this sort of thing done for me.

  • @AbeBSea You should be able to! Find a therapist who is comfortable and knowledgeable about trigger point and, Myofascial release. Good luck...sorry to hear you needed that done.

  • @AbeBSea I feel you and I thank God everyday for the woman he has given me!

  • @AbeBSea Look for a therapist trained in Myofascial release techniques, or a "Rolfing" therapist. That will help.

  • A good watch; thanks for sharing this video of your approach! I had a friend and client get vertebrae fused. Massage helped her a great deal, afterwards as well (reduction of scar formation and range of motion). Thanks for posting!

  • @CTmassagetherapy Welcome. She has recovered nicely...very quickly in fact =)

  • What exactly causes the discs to bulge in the first place?

  • i love this it just makes me wanna go to sleep but you have to feel for the lady with the boldging discs

  • great

  • XS is an AmWay product!

  • @royboy421 Yep, we thought it would be funny to put it there LoL

  • @MassageSolutionsLV haha, free product placement!

  • i want this massage every minute of every hour of every day............hmmm

  • @fashionistachica How could you get anything done?^-^ and, I would, too!

  • Love the music and I think the chick looks hot and very sexy mauh!

  • Music is all very well for those who might enjoy that particular piece. but I for one, found it most irritating. Would have preferred some narrative, sorry.

  • @0987654321libra To each their own! =)

  • do you still have the doggie???

  • @darrylhaynes yes =)

  • how old is he or she...

  • Looks relaxing but how exactly did this do anything for bulging discs?

  • @HiredGoonage Discs bulge usually as a result of the simultaneous dislocation and compression of the vertebrae. I apply deep directional compression strokes to alleviate this problem.

This video, however, is pre-surgery, so the goal here was to keep the tissue (already hyper tonic) as pliable as possible, relieve pressure upon the discs, and address trigger points. This decreased her pain levels. End Goal= fast recovery.

  • you are the best at what you do....so relaxing to watch....

  • Wow, 4.16 looked like it hurt a lot. Did she get better after her surgery?

  • @quadturbo4 Yes! In fact, her doctor said she recovered amazingly fast! She just told me the other day we gotta do some "after videos" for this. Thanks!

  • @MassageSolutionsLV what exactly is the huge lock-up at 4:15?

  • @TMundo Anterior and Medial Scalenes. They were in spasm, and had "locked down" against the cervical spine. My thumb had slid over the belly of the muscle, which is not pleasant. What you don't see in the video is the 15min of work I did after that to release.

  • fuck! looks excellent especially for stress!

  • @asspop123 um..thanks! it is!

  • @ukhairdirect I wouldn't know what to say! Lots of people liked the music, and the massage speaks volumes =)

  • lol at the pooch at 1:15

  • @fuckthissignup keeping it real!

  • @fuckthissignup yes soooo cute! I got huge eyes when I saw it and I really wanted to snuggle it ^^ <3

  • i live in vegas were are you guys located at??

  • @dectriggs I work out of Living Well Chiropractic on the corner of Charleston and Town Center..hope you can make it in!

  • this is called a massage....good job...others just touch with their fingers and charge u $65 and above...which is waste of money

  • @sea786 Thank you sea..I hear that from a lot of people who visit spas thinking they will get actual bodywork. It takes an independent or clinical therapist to deliver personal bodywork care!

  • @sea786

well that depends on the recipient now, doesnt it? its all about preferences, and whats actually being done. i would'nt think 65$ is a waste of money even if its soft massage...all depends on how long the session is and how it is executed.

  • best massage video on youtube

  • It's worth the trip to Vegas for this one!

  • @kite2491 Appreciate that! Massage is what I do best!

  • damn I need one of these -.-

  • Me, too!

  • makes my neck and shoulders feel relaxed just watching this :-)

  • Thank you! My favorite part of massage is the neck and shoulders

  • she looks severely talented

  • I wouldn't say "severe"^-^ although the neck issue was fairly bad. She's better now, surgery done, and she's recovered quite beautifully. Thanks!

  • thanxxxxxxxxxx

    يسلمووووووووووووو

  • Welcomeeeeee

  • This looks great. I'd love to have a massage even remotely close to it!

  • I live in Las Vegas! Neck and shoulder release is my absolute favorite thing to do! So many problems are relieved when the shoulders come out of the ears!

  • If I join my friends in vegas this summer I will stop by and get me one of these wonderful treatments :).

  • Can you explain what's going on with that muscle? Why your fingers got look like they got into a car accident, why the muscle protruded so much when you went back, why one go-through was enough... I watch this video all the time but never understood what's *really* going on. Thank you!

  • Honestly, you would have to be a therapist to understand what's happening. As for my fingers, it's the position I put them in to apply my technique. It's not painful. As for one go through, this video was edited from about an hour and a half work.

  • you are the best..

  • do I know you darryl? Thanks, that's two comments.

  • my doctor had rubbed my throat really quick when i was getting my physical, and it made me feel a ton more relaxed for the next like 10 minutes. do you know how he did it? i've been looking everywhere for how it was done but i can't find anything. it's almost like something only doctors reveal to each other lol

  • Some people just have the "touch!" A person who is caring and compassionate can relax those around them, and are usually referred to as healers! Stick with that doc if you can.

  • So, for all type of surgeries. Do you recommend massage ?

  • I couldn't do that for liability purposes! :D However, working with a therapist before and after any surgery is a great idea IMO. If it's only to relax the person and reduce stress, or to affect the tissues, it can only help!

  • I wish I had bulging discs. X-D

  • No you don't...

However, we all do wish a nice massage like this. =)

  • Thanks Xelmon! Sorry for the delay in response! She is over her surgery now, and has recovered beautifully, much faster than anticipated.

  • awe cute little puppy

  • wow..

  • The best neck masage I have ever seen!

  • Thanks!

  • I see puppy

  • Like "where's waldo" I have a puppy! She's in several places, can you find her? :D

  • a question plzz about tension spots...

i have three big tension spots on my neck whish are painfull and stress the hell out of my shoulder ..

what are the tension spots made of ????

  • Sorry, missed this one in responses!

Muscles begin to contract in response to stresses upon the body, as they work to contract, toxins in the form of cellular waste is present. The body has difficulty removing the waste due to the pressure within the contracted muscle, it begins to degrade the muscle fibers.among many things). Snowball effect. go get a massage soon!

  • This is sooo relaxing to watch and the music is a great choice for the video. I have always loved massage and chiropractic. But one way i get a massage and get my back cracked is a little weird i guess, because i get my girlfriend to walk on my back and it cracks it good everytime. But she really doesn't like walking on my back for fear of hurting me. I don't feel like its hurting me, it feels good to me. Is it true that this is unsafe?

  • Yeah, it can be unsafe if she doesn't know what she is doing. There is a reason it takes a lot of schooling, testing, accreditation and licensing to perform massage, and chiropractic is out of my scope of practice. She could be cracking your back in the wrong direction, resulting in problems later in life...sometimes years later.

  • ur back can handle it..

but can ur gf handle a fall on her back ?

  • If she has fallen, and there is pain, she should have a chiro look at it and take xrays to make sure all is still in alignment.

  • How would her walking on my back make her fall?

  • not that hard to imagine....

she can just slip on the sides

  • Well then i would catch her and break her fall.

  • u r just in love :D

  • Yes I Am!!! :)

  • When you find a trigger point does it usually hurt?

  • Yes, Most have pain while working a trigger, and usually are sore for a day or so afterward. Placing a moist hot towel over the area and drinking water reduces the side effects.

  • 1:18 when the doggy is investigating whats going on!!!??? sooooooooooooo cute even kinda looks like my doggy...mine just has to know whats going on with me at all times!

  • That's her cameo appearance! She had to get in on the screen action, too! Thanks for watching! If you look under the table in the beginning, you will see her there, too!

  • Very interesting! ^^ I liked watching all the different techniques you used - you can just see her muscles relaxing...

*Wince* By lock-up, do you mean knot?

  • Yes, technically known as a trigger point. In that part, a very large one in the medial scalene that was a bothersome trouble maker throughout her ordeal.

  • Interesting. Were you actually able to work it out? I know I had one near my shoulder blade, and my therapist said she could only loosen it.

  • I hesitate to say, but I will anyways...you CAN work out a trigger point! there is no 'loosening' it, but it usually needs manual manipulation over several treatments to release it. The tricky part is keeping life stress free enough to prevent return.:P

Yes, after her surgery it's been possible to release it;before, the pressure and pain continued to aggrevate it.

  • Is she kneeling on the ground?

  • It was more comfortable for her to sit on a pillow, with another pillow 'hugged' in front of her for support. Similar to later term pregnancy positioning. Thanks for watching!

  • amway drink!

  • Yep! Her hubby sells that stuff...It's not called Amway anymore, it's Quixar and Artistry(beauty products are actually great!). I never drink energy drinks, though she does. We laughed about putting that there!

  • thats what i need call me!

  • Who doesn't need that! Especially with the economical troubles happening, I have been getting more and more clients with headaches and neck pain! I am in Las Vegas, Nevada!

  • sehr schöne Techniken

  • Dankeschön,Ihre schön Gedanke, I did my best with the German! Thx.

  • That's Miss. Pheobe! She decided to cameo for us, how sweet of her!

  • i know this sounds random but i like your dog.
