I mean, was it not the Holy Spirit who moved through ordinary people to write His Word? (II Peter 1:16-21) I agree, we need the Holy Spirit in our lives, but I believe He uses the Bible to reveal truth to us. But to totally discard the Word of God as poison is an insult to the One Who wrote it.
I think everyone is taking what he said out of context. I believe what he's saying is actually that the belief that if you just read and believe and rely on the Bible that that is poison. And that you should rely on the holy spirit rather than writing. The scriptures are knowledge and the beginning of the gospel but in order to truly be saved you must go to Jesus, not a book. Yes the book is a part of it but you need to connect with Christ himself.
and I just want to add, had I not read the bible I would of continued on with my life believing and praying to all kinds of different saints and finding no help in them at all.. He says he received a vision from 'Jesus'....perhaps he did...and angel of light-his 'Jesus'. The Jesus who is the Son of God, would never speak lies against His own Word.

Haha. Yeah. He made another vid a while ago too claiming that the bible is a satanic lie. He said only to trust the HS. But what he really meant of course was "do exactly what I tell you to and don't question me in any way". I called him on it and I got blocked immediately. I guess that after leaving many critical comments on his vids I managed to hit a nerve. LOL
