Reason i believe he didnt run any Harvest's were because they would have been inconsistant to the deck. As you can see the whole deck works in a synergy. Bountiful=draw power, honest target
T-king= beast stick, honest target, Special summon negater/ROTA, brigade, black whirlwind, gb proving ground negater.
Harvest wouldn't be able to replace any of them due to the fact that he's too slow and inconsistent. He has to be destroyed in battle in order to get a counter trap back, and he's not as a good beast stick as T-king. So its a -1 for -1. With the build at it's current state you gain cards ( because of bountiful's effect) instead of losing them and losing cards in ur hand because of harvest ^_^ hope i answered your question.

No lol. For dark voltanis you have to base a deck on dark monsters. Van Dang works because of the counter traps in this deck (which allows you to special summon him for free and use its effect), which also gives you draw power if you have Bountiful Artemis out on the field.

Honest = 1900 wall, Amazing effect.
D.D warrior lady= remove monster/honest target
Legendary J-Master= Wall/ bounce.
Van Dangy = FREE summon with ANY counter trap+ you get to use its other effect (which varies)
Grand Mole = Bounce
