Oh hey! Have you considered - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my GF got great Six pack abs and lost a ton of weight with it.
Zumba rocks, I loved it, I hurt my hand playing soccer and gee, there is a lot more exercise in zumba than most sports, the mixx is darn hard. Love these classes, weight, cardio resistance too. I keep losing pounds, down to 187, i'm a guy, 6 feet, maybe some muscles not to brag.
