@3333alex THANK YOU! As a vocalist, it drives me nuts to see that. My teacher used to say if you feel the urge to do that quiver of the lip, then open your mouth wider or change your mouth shape. If that's how you get your vibrato, you are breathing incorrectly. It's annoying!
