I have seen it under many names but fileformat is Future Composer. Future Composer is a tracker on the Amiga, tunes made in FC-tracker have a syntethic sound in combination with samples that is very cool IMHO.
Ahh you're right. Says in the mod instrument comments: converted to protracker by estrayk/paradox in april 2000. Orig by jesper k / paradox original format future composer 1.3.

Tune is an awesome FC13 tune (Future Composer). FC is some kind of tracker (only runs in kickstart 1.2 IIRC).
Name: Coma.fc3
You need to google Amiga Future Composer tunes to find it, I highly recommend you to do that ;-)

The song is used in a hoodlum cracktro too and I believe the mod name is jesperk. Maybe it's not the original, but still..
