The song is called "Suspicious Look in Your Eyes." It's from their Stop! Stop! Stop!
album (in the US) released in late 1966. Beside the great harmonies and instrumental work these guys had a kind of charm that's hard to resist. But who would want to? (LOL)
It was YOU?? You are awesome-that comment ROCKED-pure genius and I could never be so eloquent! I'd change my user name to just that if I could but I'm too used to it-maybe it would be a little too long 'retroactivemegacrushonsixtiesgawds'
;-) Well done. I'm going to use that on some other sights (if it's okay with you) as my signature-love it. ♥
Wow, thank you! Feel free to use it as you wish. It only rolled off the tongue so well because I've been doing it all my life...falling hard for the old-timers, that is! (But Tony is the ULTIMATE!!!) I'm pushing 40 so perhaps it's not *that* weird for me to crush hard on old rock & roll guys, but it still amazes me to see gals way younger than I am have the same sort of reaction...
You're 'pushing' 40'-I knocked it over some years ago-I"m 46 lol. If I seem younger-it's got to be because I am absolutely going juvenile on my comments on all these videos! :)
Haha, you and me both! I didn't mean to imply that you were a young'un or immature or anything like that though. Yes, they're bringing out the teenybopper in us big time, but is that so wrong? It's rock & roll dammit, it's supposed to be fun!
My pleasure everybody! 65 you're reminding me of the Crazy Eddie "Christmas in August" ad campaign...some examples of which are up here if you didn't grow up in the NYC area in the '70s/'80s...
I believe so...that's likely Jeni Clarke with Allan, and Jane Lumb beside Tony. (I've got a pic of Tony with Rose in one of my more Tony-centric slideshows too.) I think some of this footage was used in the A&E Bio about Graham, though it's been so long since I've seen it I may be mistaken.
I wish I could but I've kinda run out of things to put up for the time being! Most of the vids I have are already up here...just filling in the few gaps I noticed...

Oh, by the way - is the young lady with Graham Rose Nash?

Yes it was used in the Graham biography on the Biography channel a few years ago. The first time I saw the swimming pool footage I fell off my chair!

Very nice this video, see the Hollies and filmed away from the stage, I loved it.
The music is always good especially in the voice of Allan.
Thank you for the video, wonderful!
