If you want to talk about "real" Latinos you should be talking about ancient Romans, as Spaniards, French, and Romanians are probably as Latin as they are Saxon, Frank, Goth, Celt, Slavic, etc. On a lesser note, he was referring to the vast majority of US Latinos who have black hair.
