Oh hai! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my GF got hot Six pack abs and lost lots of fat with it.
hey, ive been in and out of diets for a few years, im 17 and well ive lost the weight to put me into the average for my height and age. However im left with well how can i put this without becoming an emotion wreak? flabby parts lol. my stomach mostly as cycling has helped my legs and swimming has helped my arms. I used to do sit ups and stuff before bed although ive got a bad back at times due to an accident. A video on stomach workouts you can do at home without equipment would be great! thx
Walk or jog long distances with the bicycle at his/her side.
Walk your max without the worry of not being able to make it back due to fatigue. When you reach your maximum walking/jogging distance, just bicycle back. Adding bicycling to your walking fitness program provides a more diverse exercising routine.
Increase your walking distance and flatten your stomach with WALK-A-BIKE!
I have been doing Pilates for 8 years. No, I used to be chubby and after having my son working out in a gym didn't help so I tried Pilates and that's what flattened my stomach. I wasn't born with skinny genetics, thank goodness for Pilates
Do you think taking only 10 classes of Pilate's reformer a month could make a difference in my body -posture, abs, etc.? I've been thinking of giving it a try but that's probably all I could afford...
so 2 to 3 reformer classesa week and walking on my treadmill the rest of the days? thx.
I think that is a great start. You will start to notice a change in your posture pretty quickly. Yes, add in cardio that's super important..The good thing is you will retain the knowledge of Pilates when you take reformer classes,,also look into mat classes they are usually cheaper...
Wow, to the lady in the purple....how long have you been doing pilates? Not that this video is about pilates...but since you run the studio...did you ever NOT have a flat stomach? Did pilates help you?
Ok now I have trouble getting abs because my stomach is not flat, I mean it's not a total beer belly but my abs are just not showing at all, will this make my stomach go in? please respond
