I saw this on tv one random night when I was about 8 years old on adult swim. i had it in my memory for all these years, and always wondered "wtf was that, why wasnt it ever shown again?" it killed me that i didn't know what it was, i almost felt like i made it up because i saw it so long ago, and now after looking through the adult swim wiki, i have found it. So much nostalgia.
