Oooh Amazon.co.uk actually have this soundtrack, non US sites didn't come up from a simple google check so I never bothered finding any European sites until today.
I have listened to it several times now, and what I noticed is I find the strength in this music is really the constant build up speeds and transitions between different instrumentals giving it a soothing charm to it unlike most other similar music. Quite a surprise since the speed goes up but it doesn't have that usual high pace stressy feel to it after a while. In short. A soothing high replay value great addition to all real music lovers playlist!
@muffinmad It's great. You really should try it. It's a mod for source, so if you have any source game it's free. If you don't google:ati/nividia (depending on what card you own) haflife deathmatch free (they made an offer, if you own either of their cards you get HL2:DM for free so it's not fishy.). And you can get Halflife deathmatch for free. Then install the mod.
@muffinmad I'm sure you've found your answer. But just in case. The game is incredible. But it's totally overlooked. The community was absolutely dead last time I checked and this incredible soundtrack is actually not even implemented in game. It's a Counter Strike-esque fps and it would be one of the best shooters ever if people played it. A real shame.
SupraDarky, thanks for showing me this album, after 2 days of listening to it, I went and bought the entire thing from itunes....this music is amazing.
I anyone is considering to try this mod, I highly suggest you read the noob hints on Neotokyohq. And give it some time. Neotokyo might seem very difficult until you "find the flow". So much fun after that, though. =)
I don't know if anyone else does this but it's fun to have more than one tab open with different parts of the song playing simultaneously. It makes for some interesting beat combinations for songs like this.
I thought this was good, left it in the background and started doing other things. It took me a while to realize that I'm still listening to it. It's really long but very varied!
An album I discovered a couple months ago, I really love it. If you like this kind of music I recommend checking out the other songs and maybe even buying the album (plus it supports the composer!). NeoTokyo is a Half Life 2 mod, I have yet to try it out myself.
I particularly like this track, the part at 4:55 and the build up to it is awesome. It's pretty long so I like to surf the net while listening to it.

So how is this game? Judging by the Picture and title it looks quite interesting. And the music is quite awesome as well.

This is the best song you've posted, from a game I've never heard of. And it's a mod of a game no less.

pinhead739 1 year ago
@pinhead739 It's a Half Life 2 mod, and it looks like Akira, true, mixed with Digital Devil Saga.

NeoTokyo? Isn't that a city in Terranigma? That's the only thing I can say about this game, not having played it.
