There is no way Barker could be considered one of the best drummers in the world. Jordison is good and even then he isnt the best, not even in the top 5.

Travis is one of the best drummers around not only because of his skills but also because of the diversity in the music he plays. Alot of other artist (whether they be rap artist or pop artist0 have had Travis perform the drum parts on their albums.
Also if you take in to account how he joined up with Blink 182, taking over for Scott when he didn't show up and having to learn a 20 song set list in 2 hours, he can be considered incredibly skilled.
