Im normally an Atkins girl, and i to have switched to BFC .... its awesome!!! I dont count as "servings' for the carbs i find it easier to just count the carbs but i stick to the 15grams of sugar. Ive
lost 5 lbs first week and 8 the second week!! I love this it rocks!

@hotvegas21 I'm on Atkins and seem to b gaining..I think i'm going to switch as well because i'm doing something wrong.
