But here, a Joe Blow in England "invents" a car that runs solely on solar in his garage. That on a location where there is hardly any sun; England. Still going strong, upgrading one into a PHEV with bigger Li-ion battery pack soon.
Averaging about 94mpg (UK gallon) at present.
