i dont understand how people can not like metallica .... i mean everyone i know that doesn't like metallica says its because it all sounds the same... -_- like shit if your gunna say you dont like it say its because you dont like metal or something... but COUNTRY is all the same 1,2,1,2 kinda beat metallica is just pure amazing considering they play a bunch of different styles from classical metal - pure heavy metal (ex. Nothing Else Matters - Master of Puppets) :D

good song! Metallica is like the gate way band into metal. I started listening to them and now I listen to crazy shit thats 100X harder then these guys. But I still enjoy listening to this album every now and then. It brings me back to those good old days of dicovering METAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok has Metallica ever explained or said why they started to play all of their songs in a different octave when they play live...they never used to do that back in the 80s and early 90s but after that it all started to be played different. Why?????

i think it was cuz James blew hsi voice out on the black album and it was hard for him to keep singing in E standard, so they started playing in Eb, and maybe it has something to do with the more "radio friendly" style of music they made in the 90s

this is my favourate metallica song live, the drums sound much nicer when it was live, and you can really really really feel the bass riff which changes the song sooo much, im so happy they played it on their death magnetic tour
