  • hey joey, can I tune my bass with that pedal? can I use the feature of tune all strings of the bass at once like in the guitar? waiting your answer, Im really interested in this pedal! :D

  • @ManelRuivo The Polytune works in chromatic mode for bass :)

  • where can i get the drop D update with capo on polyphonic mode?

  • @littlewing62 All software updates are available from our homepage.

  • so i could drop the low E to a D or Dflat no problem?

  • @jakeyboy2929 Software doing just that is coming real soon..

  • @Crodon take it easy man

  • @rerean : Im 12 and what is this?

  • I must say that I bought it due to hype that surround it after release. According to my experience poly mode is useless. Actually it's not working i.e. low E string is always flat in poly mode. Despite that I must say that standard mode works OK, that pedal is good in bypass mode and somehow it contribute to tone quality if it is the first pedal in chain, before my wah wah.

  • is it true bypass?

  • TC is really onto something here. With some improvement in the display and some more LEDs for better accuracy, this could be the ultimate tuner.

Although i can't really say that since i haven't used this yet. It just looks really cool.

  • What on earth is that guitar, because that could be the most beautiful thing I have ever seen..

  • It's from Hansen Guitars Denmark:

  • @NikkiBlueHat Really? A telestrat with two Humbuckers? Check out these guitars:

Don Grosh; Uli Teuffel, Helliver, FineTuned, StoneTree, nearly everybody at the Desytroy All Guitars site (except Pheo), there's amazing stuff out there these days.

  • aggreed.

  • @NikkiBlueHat its telecaster guitar from fender!!

  • @NikkiBlueHat It's actually a custom guitar made by a company called Hanson guitars in Denmark. Glad you like it.

    Best wishes,

    Joey

  • Try tuning "by ear" on stage with a noisy crowd at around 100 decibels.

  • Yes, you can, but tuners fill many needs.

    1. silent tuning on stage.

    2. tool for adjusting intonation.

3 A accurate reference point, ie you can be sure you are tuned to the same pitch, in a band this is dang handy.

No body but a tech "NEEDS" a tuner, but they are cheap and handy. Kinda like a cell phone. technology makes it exist, economy of scale makes it affordable, now everyone "needs" it.

  • I want one soooo bad. Looks awesome.
