Our Constitution mandates that Congress hold pres. and vice pres. accountable when they commit high crimes.

I have a couple of comments, Wexler working for Obama gives that fraud Obama some Undue credibility. Ron Paul finally voted for Impeachment and i commend him for it but he must urge his legion to force the hold outs on the House Judiciary Committee to vote for impeachment. Thirdly the reason why we are still in Iraq is because of AIPAC! Pelosi, Reed, Obama on done the line are puppets of AIPAC.

The House and Senate would need to come up with more votes from the Republican minority, which might I add would be unlikely to accomplish. The current Democratic Party majority in both the House and the Senate is not enough to impach the President from office. So in that effect, Congress is utterly powerless. The President exercises his power of veto. GWB is the most powerful President by far of any in US history

Democrats CAN (but won't) put the Judiciary Committee report to a vote in the House, and WIN.

Democrats can (but won't) send it to the Senate, where they can force a TRIAL to be had.

ONLY at the final stage, voting on the actual impeachment, is the 2/3rds majority and some honest (R) required. THEN, let those opposing it be on the record and be held accountable as accomplices
