Solamente HANS ZIMMER, podía componer una cosa tan maravillosa como ésta música de la película mejor que he visto LA DELGADA LINEA ROJA, MARAVILLOSO TERRENÇ MALICK
"THE THIN RED LINE" (1998) was an incredible movie, and this instrumental track totally fit the scene. The video footage shown here is not from the movie. It is from the "PLANET EARTH" nature mini-series on the Discovery Channel, but this video footage definitely fits very well with the instrumental track, "LIGHT". Thanks for combining the 2.
@Lapp6192 I feel the same pretty often... Even thought, tonight I am not around people and I do feel lonely. Oh yes, that's because my ex-girlfriend made a kid with me behind my back (not taking the pill) and then broke up with me the moment she was pregnant. That must be it. What a miserable world we live in that generates that kind of insanity. Keep believing, Peace to all. Please, do not praise "freedom" too much, what we need is moral, compassion, solidarity.
@Lapp6192 don't be sad... mabe she needed the kid at this time of her life! it happens more often than you can think! Girls are ready before boys to have kids... Be glad YOU ARE GOING TO BE A FATHER!!!!!!!!!!!! is what matters the most of all and you now are goiung to know real love, thanks to her! Don't know you, its an intrusion, but i couldn't hold myself on saying something to you! Be glad, life is beautiful, depends only by your own point of view! kiss
@elianabragam i will be a father if she let me see he kid and that is not what she wants now. sad reality. I live that as a rape. period. Let's hope for the future.
I've heard thousands of instrumental tracks in my lifetime and this track, "LIGHT" by Hans Zimmer is my number 1 favorite. My favorite segment of this track is from 2:54 to 5:58
This great evil, where does it come from? How did it steal into the world? What seed, what root did it grow from?Who`s doing this?Who`s killing us?Robbing us of life and light, mocking us with the sight of what we might have known?Does our ruin benefit the earth?Does it help the grass to grow, the sun to shine? Is this darkness in you too?Have you passed through the night?
"in this world, man himself..is nothing! and there ain't no world but this one" witt: "your wrong there, i have seen another world! sometimes, i think it is just my imagination."
I'm using this for the scene in my movie next summer called "Legal Crime" when the protagonist section is forced to kill Hitler Youth towards the end of the war (WWII). The main character is my grandpa, who was forced to kill children, about 13 or 14, who tried to kill him and his APC carrier with a Panzerfaust. When he told me about it he had tears in his eyes, feeling so guilty that he had done it.
This piece played while the soldiers lamented over their time in combat. You see a drastic change in the psyche of the men. War had sucked the ambition and innocence out of them. War became the most memorable event in their lives, so much so that it permanently affected their character. Like when Sgt. Welsh(Sean Penn) no longer liked being around other people. Or the soldier who began crying when he realized what he had done. Those men may as well have been dead.
That sounds like panara hang... Beautiful :)

We had my brothers funeral 4 days ago, and we played this at his funeral. Song makes me feel as if there's a hidden beauty in death and nature.

I always wonder. What's worse?
Dying in a horrible battle?
Or having to live with what you've seen and done?
