    Q; Why did you choose the 45` leg press over the `life fitness` horizontal which you used last W/O and was much closer at hand , therefore cutting rest between the pre-exhaust ? I realise the `life fitness` does not carry an overly heavy weight stack , but having used it myself ( with additional weight attached ) it does provide a very smooth/controlled rep.

  • @Cragails I did look at that, and it was right next to the extension. That was the issue, not enough weight, how did you attach more weight? a pin?

  • @buybulkwhey I guessed that was the case .

    To add further resistance we use all the available 5kg rubber blocks that come as extras with the life fitness stacks and a 100lb hammer d`bell fits neatly on the back of the sled/seat .
