Unfortunately helicopters are an illegal move over here in England :( At least, they are with the British Cheerleading Association.

I think it's because there have been so many bad injuries caused by them going wrong. Shame cuz they look pretty when done right :) xx

in hs cheering you can only bo a 180 turn not a 360 thats why she didnt go all the way around. Good job girls
