  • paper burns with or without oil

  • not many views since oct 22 2008 and that's because the paper would burn anyhow

  • Need a side by side comparison

  • takes a while

  • crude oil comes from algae compressed on the bottom of the ocean floor from long time ago

  • wow, ity burns just like a frito lay corn chip,

i tell you what is more inpressive , just burn the paper alone in 100 percent oxygen now thats impressive.

  • To be of value, there should have been a side-by-side with regular paper towel burning, timer to show the additional burn generated by the oil, and a measure of the heat generated from the burn.

  • Definitely a lot of energy in that oil, but would be nice to see this on asbestos cloth or a pool of oil with a wick to see just the energy of the oil.

  • @Justforkicks Start probably wouldn't look much different at one point in the demo only oil is burning, but you have a good idea.

  • Impressive!! Lots of heat energy there!!

  • burns forever! Nice!

  • What did he call it? "Kelp oil" ?

  • That is a pretty nice burn rate!!!!

  • Dang. For a second I wasn't sure that it burned differently than a dry paper towel. My first impression was soon dispelled.
