  • Really good job, man.

  • hey man your work is astounding. I was just wondering what your writing procedure is? I mean as far as drum programming, or do you jam to loops first, or even to a click?

    Thanks dood!

    keep up the awesome work!

  • @6EELZE6U6666 if i come up with a riff i make a fitting beat to it and record with the beat playing. i never use a click cause i find it more disturbing than helpful.

  • wow dude, fucking insane!

  • How did you record this?

    Fucking insane!

  • @zacmosh ibby - pod x3 live - cubase - mixing - mastering - that´s it.

  • look at the dislikebar... exactly!

  • majic music

  • haha da hat jemand gezyglroxt

  • i really like this instrumenal!

  • Daaaaamn thats dope bro you should get payed for talent like that

  • @b4AlLthInGs well, you can download the album (link in the description) and donate for it.

  • how the fuck do u do it dude

  • holy shit..that was insane man. awesome tone as well.

  • is this ibanez s420?

is it possible to use invader in split mode?

  • @danijel370 it´s the earlier s320. essentially the same thing. don´t know what they changed to call it s420 now.

yes you can. i actually connected the invader that on the 2nd switch position i got only a single coil of it. sound very crunchy.

  • @MojoJojo378 yes! distortion sounds sick on 2nd position, especially in lower tunings...

i just tried the s420 a few days ago, and was totally surprised how cheap and good it is. i think i'm gonna buy it very soon.

does the s320 have ZPS? i don't know the specs, so i'm guessing that might be the difference.

  • @danijel370 yes, it has ZPS. as far as i know the s420 has a ZPS2 so that could be it.

  • @MojoJojo378 hey man... i've read a lot about zr's yesterday, so now i have a couple of questions. i saw many people complaining about the arm holder on zr. did your arm holder happen to break at any point? if so, how much abuse can the whole zr actually take before it starts to wear out? and do the ball bearings actually wear out slower that the knife edges on floyd systems?

  • @danijel370 i never had any complaints about the zr. i love it but i can´t compare it to knife edges. the only thing i can compare is the ball bearing has an extreme smooth feel. it´s awesome. the only thing i noticed is you need to tighten the two screws of the locking nut on the back of the neck once in a while or the tuning gets unstable when using the trem.

  • @MojoJojo378 great, thanks for you help! and needless to say, the song is sick :)

    see you!

  • WOW again

  • very good playing!

  • damn bro, this video was a hella random fine too, i'll drum for u :)

  • @SyqLAWL that´d be cool. but i live in germany, so there´s a little geographical complication :)

  • @SyqLAWL its always something -_-

  • good job

  • WOW dude awesome song , im listening right now ur discografy , ( headbaging !)

haha , how i can have that heavy tone with 6 string , in Bb ? im using 0.11 my string gauge, is good there ? , and if u know how have that tone with amplitube or guitar rig , because right now i dont have pod, i will get my x3 live soon as possible

    thanks L)

  • @Juanjox28 you cannot get this tone with amplitube or guitar rig. i guess you need to wait for your x3 live. i use d´addario strings. the gauge is 11 - 56. and i got a seymour duncan invader in the bridge. and there´s a lot of EQ going on. when you have your x3 live i can send you the tone.

  • This song is sick as shit, good job

  • Damn nice playing, if i could play like this im going to play all day long..

  • Any chance you'd tab any of this out?!

  • @Thehoboonthestreet boy, don´t know. i don´t have much time at the moment. when i have time in between i tab it out.

  • That's your ibanez S320 right? how does the bridge play on that? i'm told the S tremolos are rly good.

  • @jamiemac5 i don´t have much experience with trems but i love the ZR trem. it has a really smooth feel because of the ball bearing thingies. you can also adjust the string tension and the 0-point when you downtune the guitar. but you can´t make those weird thrrrrilling sounds like with a floyd rose.

  • man i tried to buy this on the bandcamp website, but paypal wouldn't accept my card, because it couldn't "validate" it.... SO pissed off :\

  • @RivaDark don´t worry. next tuesday it´s gonna be for free again.

  • @MojoJojo378 haha too late, i already bought it :)

  • screamer!!

very groovy song! and sounds awesome

  • do you use compression for your guitar tone, and if so, do i have it in your fx chain while recording, and where do you place it? or do you use post compression. How do you get that pumping effect when your playing riffs?

  • @SASPython i use the comp of the x3 which is placed right behind the cab. it´s not that good but because of it´s rather slow attack it makes it sort of punchy. in the mix i use an additional comp just to even it out and boost sustain.

  • No axe fx? :(

  • @BlastbeatsRus i wish i had one. too expensive.

  • What do you use to record your guitar tracks?

  • @TakayoshiBecker cubase

  • @MojoJojo378 I meant the stuff you use to get such a clean sound. My guitar always sounds muddy :/

  • @TakayoshiBecker it depends on pretty much everything in you signal chain. guitar, pickups, amp or amp simulation, cabs or cab-simulation and mixing. stock pickups from many guitar manufactures don´t sound that good. not even ibanez´s pickups - that´s why i switched them in mine with seymour duncans. also the hi-gain simulations of some amp modelers don´t sound so good. took me long to get a good tone out of my pod x3. i´m going to upload a vid about my mixing process soon.

  • @MojoJojo378

    Ah, ok. Thanks man :)

  • @MojoJojo378 nice man i hope you do.. you have some really good sound and I don't know what the hell I'm doin lol

  • @Soulfide i actually just did. visit my channel and check the "ED" playlist.

  • the tone is just so. NICE!

  • FUCK THIS IS SWEET!!!! :)

  • This is brilliant. please advertise yourself, because you deserve so much more.

  • @jotacravo i´m trying the best i can. you´ll find a link to bandcamp to download my new album on my channel.

  • New groove?

  • just sayin', the solo from A.I on your new album is fucking IMMENSE.

  • This is totally sicker!!

  • holy shit dude.

  • dude that was amazing! what you tuned too?? sounds really low for a 6 string :S

  • @canyousayblingbling1 this one is in drop Bb.

  • @MojoJojo378 thanks man :) me and my mates are writing some djent, only got 6 string though.. worth gettin a 7 string or just tune to Bb?

  • @canyousayblingbling1 that really depends on what you want to do. i for my part love playing a detuned 7-string. sounds heavier and most djent bands also play 7-strings in Ab tuning. but if you´re fine with Bb than i´d say stay with 6-strings.

  • mind = blown (:

  • I had a house, a job, a nice car, money and a beautiful wife. Thats was until i got to about 3:21 into the song.. then it all oaught on fire and burned to the ground. ...Id say it was worth it.

  • @frankthebunny89 XD lol.

  • That solo was amazing!!!!

  • @1:16

    Damn man, that's seriously awesome

  • VERY well done. i cant stop istening

  • this just blew my minddd

  • Great sound !!

  • This great! Machine Head meets Djent

  • Nicht meine Musikrichtung, aber deine Riffs rocken hart! Meine Anerkennung hast du :)

  • 1:43 FTW!!!

How did you record you guitar for this one?

  • @duffy123123 just bended 1st fret hard and released it slowly. i turned on a delay effect from cubase just for this short part to make it sound that weird

  • @MojoJojo378 Oh, I figured the bending, what I meant was, what did you use to record the guitar (Amp, Plugins, POD, etc)

    The tone is awesome.

  • @duffy123123 i generally use a pod x3 live. on this one i basically used the big bottom amp with the green25 cab and the distortoin+eq stomp box. i´m still gonna make a vid about my mixing and mastering process.

  • @MojoJojo378 Great!!! Because I'm sure that I'm not the only one who wants to see the process behind this awesomness.

  • Woha, man muss sagen, dass haut rein.

Spielst du eigentlich auch in einer Band?

  • @MrSaNF neh, ich kenn keine leute in der gegend, die so was spieln.

  • @MojoJojo378

was is denn deine nähe? :)

  • @PrinzPron bitburg in der eifel.

  • yet again you've made an amazing Djent! i dont know whether to suggest you try and put vocals to it, i dont suppose it would hurt just to try and record some like one of your previous vids, or even try a collab! but the guitar riffs themselves are amazing! also thanks for posting up the cab response video :)

  • @TearsAndBlood2 thx a lot and you´re welcome.

  • Awesome composition! What tuning are you in?

  • @JokerJamie7 this is drop Bb.

  • Sehr cool.

    P.S.: Du brauchst 'ne Facebook-Seite.

  • @MnstH sorry, i hege eine starke abneigung gegenüber facebook.

  • i love this song :) alot

  • wtf dude

  • You are the next Bulb :)

  • Do you still use FL Studio to record? O.o

  • @rocki4k no way. i use cubase5 now. FL Studios is more for sampling and electronic music, not for recording instruments.

  • @MojoJojo378 Okay, now I need to get Cubase! Haha, I got FL Studio when I saw you used it for your earlier stuff. Thanks though! Kickass song by the way!

  • @rocki4k I also very very highly recommend REAPER, it's a fantastic program, relatively cheap and much smaller in file size :P

  • immense.

  • Shit is sick as fuuuuuuuckkk

  • Killer job as always mate :D

  • Intro Riff sounds like Zyglrox, brilliant!

  • Bass is a bit heavy in the mix. But other that I enjoyed it a lot!
