  • The bass sounds fretless almost, But it sure doesn't look like it and i'm 95% sure that model wasn't ever fretless.. Great sound. Makes me want a jazz.

  • @MiniMoose22031 the bass is fretted, but I roll the balance towards the bridge pickup and it gives a nice nasal sound

  • Sounds great! Have you experimented with getting a Geddy tone?

  • congratulation friend

  • Really well played man and great tone :)

  • so you want brownie recipes!

It's really tasty to put some fruit in them ^^ make small parts of it and then just add it in the browny mix :)!

  • I also use the antiquity also. they sound indredible on both my fender Jazz and Precision bass. I had and didn't care for the.Duncan Quater Pound pickups so i tried these antiquity and they were like night and day, They sound like the original 60's pickups. I really love the tone on them!

  • What amp are you playing through bro?

  • 2 things...

    1. I found your vid trying to research the seymour duncans...i want to replace my jazz pickups...THEY SOUND AWESOME...You sold me on them.

    2. Great bass playing...im a subscriber now!

  • Thanks mate! The PUs ain't cheap, but they have a very nice vintage growl.

  • Jesus can walk on water, Chuck Norris can swim on land.

  • Chuck Norris can play a minor scale with only one note.

  • Awesome tone!

Thats a jazz bass deluxe Im guessing?

Any problems wiring antiquities through an active setup? And do they sound much better then the original noiseless pickups?

  • Yes, it's a deluxe. You can't put passive pickups directly on an active system because the impedance of the volume control needs to be changed. So, all is needed is to change the volume pot. It's a quick job. My original noiseless where defective, so I can't really compare. But I love these PUs !!!

  • i have a 1965 jazz bass without the original pickups so i hear alot about these Antiguity jazz bass pickups whats the difference between the Antiquity11 and the Antiquity 1's i have the quartar pounds in there now think these Antiquitys woud sound more like an original 1965 jazz then the q pounds?

  • antiquity I = 50's

    antiquity II = 60's

  • you like the tone on them? they sound funky in your video. but i haven't herd them live.

  • I love these PUs !!!!! they have tons of vintage growl, but are also good slappers

  • what pick ups are those?

  • pow cara q resposta do caralho !!!!!!!

  • Think your new pu's sound great! Great song also, nice variations ;)

  • hey man, nice cover, could you send me the tabs?

  • no tab, just by hear ... but it shouldn't be too hard to find

  • ben oui, BAC + 7 ... :-S

  • great bass sound man!

  • sounds great

  • Well done
