@melimunchh i Think it´s relationed with the en dehors, people who are very rotated + have the middle split extended can do that. Not sure :)

LOADS of practice. You get there a little bit at a time, unless mother nature just gave it to you (but that doesnt happen often) so patience is a key also. Having proper guidance doesnt hurt either... because on your own you can do more harm than good. But you get there a little bit at a time.
