I think this is the ONLY guy on expertvillage that knows what he's talking about, not high on something or some type of zombie idiot making you dumber by watching the video... Oh well I guess that's "youtube" for yuh.

My sister's 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse with a V6 is so cramped under the hood that I can't even see the Full mark on the resevoir. All you have access to is the cap...I tried to find that mark for like 5 minutes....while on my car(IS250) it's much easier...So I don't know what Mitsubishi were thinking when they did that.
I finally found the mark by researching about it online. Apparently, it's all the way at the bottom of the tube/cylinder/reservoir -on the inside, and you have to use a flashlight to see anything. This is why I like cars that are easy to work on. I heard VW/Audi are the worst for the DIY guys.
i hope someone can help me out i have a 88 nissan maxima 6 cylinder. it runs fine on the street but as soon as it reaches 65mph on the highway it starts shaking like crazy up and down really bad .i decrease to 64 and it stops.other times i have pushed it to 80mph and nothing goes wrong it runs smooth im totally lost anyone help!???
Look strait down at it when its hot and open it with your face over it. Especially when the coolant resivoir is part of the whole system like a ford taurus. 8)
There are people out there that dont know anything under the hood/bonnet of a car , they put water in the oil filler , oil in the screenwash bottle ,oil in the brake reservoir , even try to top up the engine oil down the dipstick hole ! yep people need these video's
It doesn't matter if it's low even, if your car overheats from simply having a pint less of coolant inside your radiator then you have other issues to worry about. Reservoir tanks are useless, I run all my cars without them.
Your a retard. It uses that coolant when it runs low in the radiator. It also lets the heated coolant to overflow into the resivoir when it builds up enough pressure so it doesn't blow the hose off or something. Thats why its there. I bet your cars overheat all the time and run with no coolant in the radiator.
Ditto dude, I love cars, the money isnt great to start off with but people have to remember you are getting paid to learn, so really it aint as bad as it seems. Once you are qualified you can earn good bux and do stuff you enjoy! Also alot of blokes will envy your knowledge :p

Don't forget Toyota made your car, and Toyota have pretty smart. In my 09 'rolla, it's very compact, yet I can still see everything!

Yea iv seen it at work. People can be really stupid. They put the wrong fluid in the wrong spot even when it says on the cap what to put in it.

Did a video really need to be made for this? If you need a video for this, you should probably just keep paying the dealership to fix your car lol.

Actually, Chevy cars are the reason why you have a job! American cars in general "SUCK"! Give me a Jap car ANY DAY over American!!

I 100% agree! I'll NEVER drive an american/domestic vehicle. Right now I drive an '86 Celica GT-S - my first car :)
